- Brad became a
licensed Realtor® in 1989 after graduating high school and
worked primarily with new construction for several years
- In 1997, Brad began
working in the management of overnight rentals and investment
cabins in Pigeon Forge
- Brad began working
for Eagles Ridge Resort in 1999, focusing on owner relations and
quality control. This gave him a unique insight into the inner
workings of the management business from both the company point
of view, as well as the owner's.
- In 2002, Brad ,and
his father, Doyle, opened Summit Real Estate in Pigeon Forge.
This fulfilled a goal they had both shared since 1989.
- In April of 2005,
Summit Real Estate opened it's second location. This time in
Gatlinburg, near the historic Arts and Craft Community.
- In December of 2005,
Brad received the prestigious CRB designation from the Council
of Real Estate Brokerage Managers. Only 3% of Realtors® have
achieved this designation.
- The knowledge that
Brad has amassed over the years in dealing with both the real
estate and the management of overnight rentals, makes him the
ideal choice when choosing a Realtor®.
- Brad currently serves
as President-Elect of the Great Smoky Mountain Association of
Realtors® for 2007 and will serve as President for 2008
